The Times of India NIE Campus Talk

Students from Grade 9 to 12 of National Public School, Rajajinagar attended a Campus Talk on "Law, Media, Democracy, and You," organised as a part of the Newspaper in Education programme with Times of India. The speaker was Mr. Timothy Franklyn, founder of the National School of Journalism and Public Discourse in Bengaluru. Mr. Franklyn is an international capital markets lawyer with experience in Singapore and Hong Kong and an Obama Scholar at Columbia University. His session emphasized the vital role of democracy and the significance of staying informed through newspaper reading.
