Independence Day Celebration, 2023 (Primary)

Independence Day is a momentous occasion in the history of our nation, as it marks the day when India gained freedom from British colonial rule. The Independence Day celebration at our school was a remarkable event, filled with patriotism, enthusiasm, and a deep sense of pride.

In continuation of the flag hoisting and special assembly held on 15th August, to observe the importance of the day, the students of class 5B organized an Independence Day celebration on 16.08.2023. The event was a perfect amalgamation of speeches and cultural performances. The speeches in Hindi, Kannada and English highlighted the importance of preserving the freedom that our leaders have fought for. The dance performance captured the essence of patriotism and national pride. The power of music highlighted the celebration. A medley of patriotic songs created a collective experience that reinforced the significance of the day and ignited the patriotic fervor in the audience. To enhance the engagement of students and promote historical knowledge, a quiz competition related to the freedom struggle was organized. This program was witnessed by the parents of 5B who appreciated and applauded the students for the wonderful showcase of their creativity, teamwork, and dedication.
